My house plants won’t stop texting me. That headline in a self- published LinkedIn article was enough to catch the attention of Amazon. They thought telling the story could help inspire tech nerds to utilize Amazon Web Services powers for good.

We offered to take it a step further.

How to take the complex world of Amazon Web Services and make it less intimidating to the general public?

With heavy inspo from the early nineties/late eighties
classics (did you notice the color treatment is pulled straight
from When Harry Met Sally?)
we created a geeky rom-com
about tech and house plants.

What started as an ask to sell a tech service to tech nerds turned into something much deeper when we spent two days embedding with a real couple whose story endeared audiences and put a human face to Amazon Web Services.
